Your Annual Home Health Check
Once a year, we’ll carry out a visual inspection of your home to spot maintenance issues before they become bigger, more expensive problems.
We’ll check key areas including roofing, gutters, external walls, windows and doors, sealants, visible plumbing, internal finishes and general maintenance items.
Your Included Maintenance Time
Use your included maintenance time throughout the year for those smaller jobs around the home that are easy to put off.
From adjusting doors and fixing loose fittings to minor repairs, sealant work and general maintenance — just give us a call when something needs attention.

Adjustments to doors, handles, hinges, catches and other everyday fittings around your home.
Minor Repairs
Small repairs to things around the home that don’t need a full trade visit, helping you get those annoying little jobs sorted.

HomeCare members get priority when repairs crop up. Instead of searching around for someone you can trust, you already have What 4 to call.
There’s no HomeCare call-out charge, and if the job needs additional labour beyond your included maintenance time, you’ll receive 10% off our labour charge.
Your Maintenance Time Builds With Your Membership
Your included maintenance time builds up while your HomeCare membership remains active, up to a maximum of 4 hours per membership year.
After 3 months: 1 hour available
After 6 months: 2 hours available
After 9 months: 3 hours available
After 12 months: 4 hours available
