What4 built our new kitchen extension. Frank has meticulous attention to detail and the finished building and kitchen is exceptional. We are delighted. The team was self sufficient - brought their own food/drink and a portaloo! They were very polite and cooperative with us and our neighbours, trying hard to minimise disruptions. At the end of the project they also revamped our garden. We highly recommend them. Five Stars.

We have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending Frankie. From the moment we meet Frankie he filled us with complete confidence that we would be in safe hands.

We had recently had to part company with our initial builder but Frankie stepped in and took complete control of everything that was needed in order to complete the project. He is extremely professional in every way, managing and resolving all the problems that the previous builder had created.

Frankie and his team are reliable, completely trustworthy, very conscientious and their workmanship is second to none. They are a pleasure to have on site. Nothing is ever too much trouble and no problem ever too big to overcome. His wealth of experience in all aspects of building work is clear to see.

We are hugely grateful to Frankie and his team for all their help in navigating us out of, what was a very difficult & stressful situation and he is definitely leaving us in a much better place!

We will definitely be using Frankie and his team to do further work for us in the future.

What 4 Building Solutions recently completed a full renovation of our garden including clearing the existing space, building a garden office, installing new decking and patio, and replacing the rear fence and gate.

Frankie was a joy to work with, turning our high-level vision into a detailed plan, and making helpful suggestions on materials and design choices throughout. He was flexible whenever we asked for small changes to the requirements and took on additional work that we asked for during the build without any fuss.

All of the work was completed with an attention to detail that went beyond our expectations and the quality of the finished space is outstanding. The overall cost was also competitive with against other quotes that we received.

Overall, we couldn't be happier and will definitely be talking to Frankie about additional work in the future.

We are very happy with our new bathroom. Frankie and his team did a good job! They were courteous and reliable. And patient in explaining all our queries and most importantly kept to the pre-arranged payment schedule. Thank you. We will definitely call him first when we next need a builder.

Absolutely love my new kitchen and resign of the downstairs living space. Have an old house that has been transformed and is bright an fresh now. Also had some external building work done that has also been finished top class. Frankie has a good eye and will always finish the work to the standard he would expect if it was his own home. Thanks again and see you soon

Frankie and the team at What 4 Building Solutions did a fantastic job on our house renovation. We had a front extension, plus extensive internal works done. The work was completed to a very high standard. I had quite particular requirements for some of the internal carpentry and finishes, but Frankie was able to turn my ideas and scrap paper sketchings into reality! Communication was good throughout and any unforeseeable extras were discussed with us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Frankie and his team - they are friendly, professional and thorough - you won’t be disappointed!

After working with Frankie previously in our old house, he and his team have just returned to complete a bathroom renovation in our new home and we couldn't be more pleased with the transformation. Throughout the works, the team involved have been professional, punctual and trustworthy. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have been very flexible with changing things last minute, when our original ideas didn't always work as we had hoped! We can't fault the attention to detail, from the plumbing and electrics, to the tiling and painting. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and we hope that we will get the chance to work with them again when we are ready to continue with our renovations. Thank you What 4 Building Solutions!

Frankie and his team performed a complete renovation of 4 rooms in our house. This included putting in new doors to replace windows, replacement of other windows, completely new wooden flooring through out, and replastering each room. All aspects of the work were completed to a very high standard.
We also stayed living in the remainder of the house while the work was being performed. So another important and positive aspect of their work, was the degree to which they kept any mess to the bare minimum and cleaned up everything when they finished each day.
I have no hesitation in using Frankie again and recommending to others
